By submitting an application, the applicant confirms authority to provide the documents and authorises EIFVS to process the case information, store private files, communicate electronically and contact relevant issuing sources, registries or professional bodies where necessary.
The applicant understands that source organisations may retain or process verification requests under their own policies and that EIFVS cannot guarantee a source response.
Optional public registry publication occurs only after an authorised decision and is limited to approved non-sensitive fields.
