EIFVS may process identity details, contact data, certificate and credential records, issuer information, uploaded documents, case communications, payment references and review outcomes.
Purposes
Data is processed to create and manage the case, verify submitted information, contact relevant sources, communicate with the applicant, prevent fraud, issue authorised outputs and maintain limited registry records where approved.
Private files
Uploaded files are stored outside the public WordPress media library. Access is limited to authorised administrators and reviewers. Files may be encrypted where supported by the server.
Retention
Retention depends on the selected service, legal requirements, disputes and the operational retention setting. Applicants may contact admin@eifvs.com regarding applicable data rights.
