EIFVS fees are charged for the independent review work, administration, evidence assessment and selected output. Payment does not guarantee verification, endorsement or any particular result.
2. Applicant duties
The applicant must provide complete, lawful and accurate information and must be authorised to submit the documents. Fraudulent, altered or unlawfully obtained material may lead to closure of the case and appropriate action.
3. Source contact
EIFVS may contact issuing sources, registries, professional bodies and other relevant organisations where necessary for the selected review.
4. Scope and reliance
Every outcome is limited to its stated scope, evidence, date, assurance level and limitations. Receiving organisations remain responsible for their own decisions.
5. No statutory status
EIFVS does not issue academic degrees, statutory licences, statutory equivalence, governmental recognition or accreditation unless a separate lawful authority expressly exists.
