EIFVS may process applicant contact details, holder information, submitted documents, issuer/source information, case references, payment references and verification evidence to perform the requested service and communicate outcomes.
Document handling
The EIFVS intake workflow is designed to keep uploaded case documents outside the public media library. Only information intentionally included in a public verification or registry output should be publicly displayed.
Source contact and service providers
Where necessary, relevant information may be shared with an issuing source or service provider for verification, payment, delivery or legally required operations. Avoid submitting unrelated sensitive information.
