Practical guidance for applicants, institutions and decision-makers who need a clear, evidence-based verification process.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n

Evidence Grades & Verification Methodology<\/strong> concerns evidence hierarchy, source quality, corroboration, limitations and scoring methodology. Verification should describe what evidence was checked, what source supported the conclusion, what limitations remain and the date or context to which the result applies. A verification result is evidence for a decision-maker; it does not replace the legal authority, admissions office, employer, regulator, licensing board, ministry or other receiving institution that makes the final decision.<\/p>\n

Separate correction from disagreement<\/h2>\n

A factual error in a report should be corrected when supported by evidence. A requester simply preferring a different conclusion is not the same as identifying an error.<\/p>\n

Provide the disputed point precisely<\/h2>\n

A useful correction request identifies the exact statement, explains why it is inaccurate and supplies the source or record that supports the correction.<\/p>\n

Preserve the history of material changes<\/h2>\n

If a report changes after new evidence, the updated record should show that a later review occurred rather than silently making the earlier result impossible to understand.<\/p>\n

Evidence and decision boundaries<\/h2>\n

EIFVS can document what was checked and what the available evidence supports. It cannot bind an external university, employer, regulator, ministry, court, licensing authority or other institution. If a specific destination requires a particular legalisation, apostille, equivalence assessment, translation, licensing step or direct institutional transmission, confirm that requirement with the receiving body.<\/p>\n
