Practical guidance for applicants, institutions and decision-makers who need a clear, evidence-based verification process.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n

Fraud Prevention & Record Integrity<\/strong> concerns document integrity, inconsistent claims, source checks, identity matching and fraud-risk indicators. Verification should describe what evidence was checked, what source supported the conclusion, what limitations remain and the date or context to which the result applies. A verification result is evidence for a decision-maker; it does not replace the legal authority, admissions office, employer, regulator, licensing board, ministry or other receiving institution that makes the final decision.<\/p>\n

Define the question first<\/h2>\n

A strong request starts with a specific question: what exactly needs to be verified, for whom, for what type of use and against which records or sources? Vague requests create ambiguous results.<\/p>\n

Check evidence and source consistency<\/h2>\n

Records are reviewed for internal consistency and, where possible, compared with authoritative or independent source information. Differences in names, dates, titles, status or identifiers should be resolved or clearly noted.<\/p>\n

Issue a bounded result<\/h2>\n

The output should state the supported conclusion and its boundaries. If information remains unresolved, the result should say so rather than converting uncertainty into a positive or negative claim.<\/p>\n

Evidence and decision boundaries<\/h2>\n

EIFVS can document what was checked and what the available evidence supports. It cannot bind an external university, employer, regulator, ministry, court, licensing authority or other institution. If a specific destination requires a particular legalisation, apostille, equivalence assessment, translation, licensing step or direct institutional transmission, confirm that requirement with the receiving body.<\/p>\n
