Practical guidance for applicants, institutions and decision-makers who need a clear, evidence-based verification process.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n

Company & Institutional Verification<\/strong> concerns company identity, institutional records, authority, status and documented representations. Verification should describe what evidence was checked, what source supported the conclusion, what limitations remain and the date or context to which the result applies. A verification result is evidence for a decision-maker; it does not replace the legal authority, admissions office, employer, regulator, licensing board, ministry or other receiving institution that makes the final decision.<\/p>\n

Before you submit<\/h2>\n

Identify the exact claim to be checked, collect the strongest available records, confirm names and identifiers, remove irrelevant sensitive data and state the intended use.<\/p>\n

Before you rely on a result<\/h2>\n

Read the scope, evidence grade or source description, date, limitations and unresolved items. Confirm that the report answers the decision you actually need to make.<\/p>\n

If the result will be used internationally<\/h2>\n

Ask the receiving institution what form of verification, legalisation, translation, equivalence or licensing evidence it requires. EIFVS verification cannot guarantee another authority\u2019s acceptance decision.<\/p>\n

Evidence and decision boundaries<\/h2>\n

EIFVS can document what was checked and what the available evidence supports. It cannot bind an external university, employer, regulator, ministry, court, licensing authority or other institution. If a specific destination requires a particular legalisation, apostille, equivalence assessment, translation, licensing step or direct institutional transmission, confirm that requirement with the receiving body.<\/p>\n
